So now on our life-time journey with Great Danes we are striving to create the total package. We feel the total package consists of health, temperament, conformation and brains! I can’t say we breed for one over the other because in my opinion they are all equally important. I think Danes should be able to be a working dog, like they were originally developed for. And that to me, means they must have something upstairs! I want a beautiful, elegant, graceful and intelligent companion all the while conforming to breed type.
Our Danes are not raised in a kennel, but raised in our home as part of our family. They are socialized with our children, a variety of other animals and taken to as many public situations as their health and safety allow. We breed and follow the GDCA Code of Ethics.
